Over 20 years of experience in investment banking, and project and structured finance.

Over 20 years of experience in the hotel and gaming industries.

Also serves as the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. Prior to joining the Board, she served as a director of Limay Energen Corporation and Manila North Harbour Port, Inc. Ms. De Claro also worked with Petron Corporation for several years.

In addition to his role as independent director of the Company, he is also the Director of DITO Holdings Corp., President of Bedfordbury Corporation, and Chairman and Director of Philippine Bank of Communications. He is also an independent director of Aboitiz Power Corporation.

Aside from being an independent director of the Company, he is currently the CEO of YYKredit Inc. and the President of YYKaized Food Labs Inc. and Udlot Realty Corporation.

Angela also serves as the independent director of Ayala Land, Inc.  She is also the Executive Vice President of R.A. Ignacio Construction Corporation and the Managing Director for Corporate Advisory for Avisez Asia, Inc., a director of ESNA Financing & Investment Corp., ESNA Realty Corp., and ESNA Holdings; and a Director and Vice President of Polestrom Consulting, Inc.

Atty. Abarquez also serves as the Chief Legal Counsel of Udenna Corporation. He is also the Corporate Secretary of DITO CME Holdings Corp. Prior to joining the Company, he was a Senior Associate at Romulo, Mabanta, Buenaventura, Sayoc & de los Angeles from 2010 to 2017.

Odess has over 30 years of experience in various areas of Human Resources including Training and Development, Talent Acquisition and Management, Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations and Services, and Industrial Relations. Prior to joining the Company, she was the Vice President for Leisure and Resorts World Corporation, St. Luke’s Medical Center – Global City, and ADEC Innovations.
